Agniveer Navy SSR Selection Process

Selection of eligible individuals for Agniveer Navy SSR Vacancies will be based on the following recruitment process –

Stage 1: Computer-Based Online Examination

Stage 2: Written Test, Physical Fitness Test and Medical Examination.

Navy Agniveer SSR Physical Eligibility Details 

Following are the physical eligibility that will be tested in the Physical Fitness Test –

• Height: 157 Cms for Male & 152 cms for Female
• Running: 1.6 Km. Completed in 6:30 Minutes for Male & 8 Minutes for Female
• Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak): 20 Times for Male & 15 Minutes for Female
• Push Ups: 15 Times for Male & 10 Times for Female
• Bent Knee Sit-ups: 15 Times for Male & 10 Times for Female
